Terms and Conditions of 99dt: Clear Rules for Playing Safely

Welcome to the 99dt. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the platform operated by 99dt, accessible at 99dt.best, including all Sports Betting services, live casino games, poker, e-sports, crash games, and all other features made available by the platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or simply accessing any feature of the 99dt, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision described herein, you must not use the services of 99dt.

These Terms apply exclusively to users in Brazil. All monetary values referenced in this document use the Brazilian Real (R$) as the standard currency, following the format used in Brazil (period as thousands separator, comma as decimal separator — e.g.: R$ 1.000,00).

To create and use an account on 99dt, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF;
• Have full legal capacity under Brazilian law;

• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of an employee of 99dt or any of its technology partners and content providers;
• Create only one personal account — multiple accounts per CPF are not permitted.

The platform uses verification technologies capable of detecting multiple registrations, VPN usage, and fraud indicators. Accounts created in violation of the eligibility criteria will be closed without prior notice.

Registration at 99dt is free and can be completed on any internet-connected device. During registration, you will need to provide your full name, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and create a secure password.

Identity Verification (KYC): Before releasing the first withdrawal, the 99dt will request identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC). The process requires submission of:

• Valid government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH or passport);
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days;
• In some cases, a selfie with your ID and proof of ownership of the payment method may be required.

Document review takes up to 48 business hours. Unverified accounts may make deposits and place bets, but withdrawals are not available until verification is successfully completed. The 99dt may request additional documentation at any time, particularly for high-value withdrawals.

General rules that apply to all bets:

• The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are final and cannot be changed after acceptance;
• Live betting may be subject to brief market suspensions during events such as goals, red cards, or VAR interventions;
• In the event of an event cancellation or postponement, bets are refunded at odds of 1.00 (the staked amount is returned with no gain or loss), unless otherwise stated in the sport-specific rules;
• Events not concluded within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time will be treated as cancelled;
• The 99dt the right is reserved to limit the maximum bet amount per event, per market, or per user, especially in situations involving anomalous odds or suspected match manipulation;
• Bets placed using insider information or knowledge of a predetermined result will be voided and the user's account may be suspended.

For parlay bets (accumulators), the maximum payout may be subject to specific limits defined by 99dt. These limits are displayed during the bet slip creation, before confirmation.

The 99dt includes live casino games with real dealers (roulette, blackjack, baccarat), slots, crash games, poker tables (Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Omaha Hi-Lo, Sit & Go and MTT tournaments with prizes in R$) and e-sports betting (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant, Dota 2 and other international tournaments).

RNG use: All casino games and poker tables use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring that the outcome of each round is completely independent of previous rounds. At live tables, cards are physical and shuffled by the dealer on camera, in full transparency.

Technical interruptions in casino and poker: If a game session is interrupted by a technical failure on the 99dt, the bet will be fully refunded. Connection failures on the user's end do not trigger an automatic refund — the outcome of the round in progress stands as recorded on the platform's servers.

For poker tournaments, the specific regulations for each event (buy-in, blind structure, prize pool, late registration and rebuy rules) are published in the 99dt tournament calendar 99dt before registrations open and supplements these Terms.

The 99dt offers a wide range of promotions for new and existing users. The specific conditions of each offer are published on the promotion page and take precedence over the general provisions of this section in the event of any conflict.

Welcome bonus: New users who make their first qualifying deposit receive a bonus of up to R$ 500.00. The exact bonus amount follows the match structure (deposit ratio) defined in the current promotion. The bonus is automatically credited to the bonus balance once the deposit is processed.

Rollover (turnover) requirement: To convert your bonus balance into real balance available for withdrawal, you must meet the rollover requirement. The standard rollover for 99dt is 30x the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.60. Cancelled, refunded, or zero-handicap market bets do not count toward the rollover. The standard deadline to complete the rollover is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited.

Reload bonus and VIP cashback: VIP program members receive weekly cashback of up to 15% on net losses from Sports Betting, casino, or poker, based on their VIP tier. Cashback is credited every Monday for the previous week (Monday through Sunday). The cashback balance expires 7 days after it is credited.

The 99dt accepts the following payment methods for users in Brazil:

• TED Transfer: Banks including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil and other Brazilian financial institutions — processed within 1 business day.

Deposit rules: The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no defined maximum, but deposits above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional source-of-funds verification. All deposits must be made from an account or payment instrument registered under the same CPF as the account on the 99dt.

Withdrawal rules: The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of automatic approval for already verified accounts. By using 99dt, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Bets based on insider information, prior knowledge of the result, or match-fixing arrangements between parties;

• Attempts to hack, reverse-engineer, intercept data from, or otherwise attack the security of the platform;
• Systematic abuse of promotions through bet hedging or coordinated exploitation of markets at anomalous odds;
• Any conduct that violates applicable Brazilian law.

• Temporary self-exclusion: Suspend access for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months directly from your account settings panel;

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. The real money balance (from net deposits, excluding bonuses and rollover) may be returned to the user following review, at the sole discretion of the 99dt.

• Unauthorized access resulting from the user's own sharing of account credentials;
• Indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses not directly caused by the platform.

The maximum liability of the 99dt under any circumstance is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the incident.
